Hollywood Family Health Center
This health center receives HHS funding and has federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
Appointments & Walk-Ins: We require patients to call, come into the office or use their Patient Portal account to schedule an appointment. If patients are unable to keep their appointments, it is encouraged that they call the center 24 hours in advance. Bring all medications (pill bottles), immunization records and insurance cards to every visit.
IMPORTANT: For after-hours medical emergencies, please call 911. For other after-hours medical concerns or issues, please call 843-889-2272 or any local satellite locations. Calls are routed to an on-call provider.

Directions
– If coming from Ravenel by way of US-165 S: Take US-165 S toward Hollywood. Pass Labcorp (on the right) and our Hollywood Health Center will be on the right, across from Blue Water Gas Station.
– If coming from Adams Run by way of SC-162 E: Head southeast on SC-162 E/State Rd. S-10-162 toward Adams Run School Rd. Turn left onto SC-164 E. continue onto SC-162 E until reaching US-165. Turn left onto US-165 N. Our Hollywood Health Center will be ahead on the left.
